Harau Canyon : Earth Wall Within Outstanding Scenery



Harau Canyon consisted of steep boulder granites that separated a hilly area with prosperous plain underneath, added up with a waterfall about 150 meters down. This beautiful panorama is included into a nature park about 270 hectares width and became home for some wild creature such as tapirus indicus, gibbons, wild boards and sumatran tiger. Granite cliffs of Harau Valley measured 80 to 300 meters, standing tall nearly 90 degrees in elevation that created a deep canyon complimented by fresh air.

Lau Biang - Sei Wampu : A River With Many Names



The Wampu River is a river in North Sumatra, Indonesia. It rises as the Lau Biang river (means The Dog River : as according to local folklore, only a dog could survive swimming in it ) in Karo Regency near Siberaya, flowing past Kabanjahe, Perbesi, Kuta Buluh, Marike and onto Bohorok in Langkat Regency, where the river is known as the Wampu. It flows past Stabat and Tanjung Langkat before emptying into the Strait of Malacca.

Asahan River, North Sumatra : Testing World Class Rafting Scene




Asahan River is located in Sumatra, Indonesia, and is about 150 km long. It flows from Lake Toba, flowing in a north-eastern direction, in the upper course through the deep valley of the Barisan Mountains. The river empties into the Strait of Malacca.
